What is a credit?: A credit pays for one piece of AI work. A chat message is 1 credit; bigger jobs cost a few more, like a website check (2–3) or a post with new images (10). Every plan includes credits each month — worth about $0.09–$0.10 each — and one balance is shared by all your agents.
What happens when I run out?: Your agents pause their AI work until your credits start again next month — nothing you made is lost. Need more now? Top up with 100, 500 or 1,500 credits; top-ups never expire.
Can I cancel?: Yes, any time, in Plan & billing. Your plan runs to the end of the period you paid for, and top-up credits stay yours.
Do unused credits roll over?: Monthly plan credits start again each month, so they don't roll over. Top-ups never expire. Yearly plans get their credits every month too.
Can my team use my credits?: Yes. People you add to a business use the owner's plan and credits — they don't need their own.
