How the crew works together: from new website to new customers

Bob builds it, Joe gets it found, Annie gets it talked about. A practical walk-through of the three working together for one small business.

My AI Crew

My AI CrewBob, Joe & Annie

Let's follow one example business — a small bakery on Södermalm in Stockholm — through the three crew members.

Week 1: Bob builds the website

The bakery's old site is from 2017 and has no prices. The owner tells Coder Bob (coming soon) about the bakery, pastes the old site and the Facebook page, picks “warm and cosy” and asks for opening hours on every page and a cake order button. Bob builds four pages, the owner changes a few details by chat, and it goes live on the bakery's own domain.

Week 2: Joe gets it found

SEO Joe checks the new site (the basics are already good — Bob built them in), then asks ChatGPT, Claude and Gemini questions like “best sourdough bakery on Södermalm” and “where can I order a birthday cake in Stockholm”. The bakery is named in a few answers; a competitor in most. Joe's plan: an FAQ answering those exact questions, a Google Business Profile check, and three local directories and food lists to get onto — with the texts written.

Week 3 and onwards: Annie gets it talked about

AI Annie reads the new website to learn the bakery's look and voice, makes a plan with the owner (new autumn buns, the cake order service, behind-the-scenes at 6 a.m.) and creates three posts a week for Instagram and Facebook. The owner approves them in the chat on Monday mornings; Annie publishes them on time.

Every month: check and improve

  • Joe re-checks the site and asks the AIs again — is the bakery named more often?
  • Annie adjusts the plan: what's coming up next month?
  • Bob updates the site when something changes: new prices, new products, holiday hours.

Why it works

Each step makes the next one stronger. A clear website gives Joe something to optimise and Annie something to link to. Being recommended by Google and AI brings new people; social media turns them into regulars. And the owner spends minutes, not hours, a week on it.

Questions and answers

Do the crew members share information?
They know about each other and send you to the right colleague when a question is outside their job. Each has their own app and data today; you set your business up in each.
In which order should I use them?
Usually website first (Bob), then visibility (Joe), then a steady social presence (Annie) — but you can start with whichever you need most.
