Getting started with AI Annie: your first week of social media

AI Annie is your social media manager. This guide takes you from sign-up to your first scheduled posts — most people are done in under an hour.

1. Sign up and name your business

Go to ai-annie.com, sign up with your e-mail, and tell Annie your business's name. Your 3-day free trial starts straight away.

2. Connect your accounts

Annie asks for Instagram, then Facebook, then LinkedIn — one at a time, in the chat. Instagram needs to be a business or creator account. You can skip any platform and connect it later under Settings.

3. Let her learn your brand

Paste your website and Annie reads it: what you do, your tone of voice, your colours. She asks which language to post in and which look you want — keep your Instagram's look, or pick one of nine styles. Everything she learns is saved under Memory, where you can add your logo, example photos and caption examples.

4. Make a plan together

Annie asks what you want to achieve, what's coming up (offers, launches, events) and how often to post. Then she makes a plan: a few themes and dated post ideas for the coming weeks. You'll find the ideas in her panel on the right — tap “Make it” or just ask her in the chat.

5. Approve your first posts

Each post appears in the chat with the image for every platform, the text and the date. Change the text or date right there, or tell Annie what to change (“brighter”, “only the cake, no people”, “shorter text”). When you're happy, tap Approve — it goes into the calendar and out at the right time.

6. Keep it going

• Talk to Annie whenever something happens: “we have a new menu — make a post for Friday”.
• Use the 🎤 button to talk instead of typing.
• Invite your team under Settings → Team. Everyone shares the same credits and calendar.
